Suggested Dose

Adult women take 1 capsule daily by mouth. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Use for at least 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Cautions

Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, a history of kidney stones, or are taking blood thinners. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days.
