The nutrients in PRO Thyroid helps to prevent and reverse thyroid insufficiency including tyrosine, iodine, and the botanical herbs Coleus Forskohlii and Bacopa monnieri.
PRO Thyroid is designed to support an underactive thyroid or subclinical hypothyroidism. Iodine and L-tyrosine provide structural components for the thyroid hormones, therefore enhancing their production, while botanical extracts Coleus Forskohlii and Bacopa Monnieri further increase the production of these hormones. Selenium increases the conversion of the hormone thyroxine (T4) into triiodothyronine (T3), the more active thyroid hormone; while zinc and copper help protect against deficiencies that are associated with thyroid dysfunction
